Woman charged with murder after tragic fire death of four-year-old girl Lesma-Rose Wibier

A woman from Rusholme, Carrin Wibier, has been charged with murder and arson in connection with the death of her four-year-old daughter, Lesma-Rose Wibier. The tragic incident occurred on March 2, 2025, at their home on Gateshead Close, where Lesma-Rose was taken to hospital but sadly passed away shortly after. The 45-year-old is currently in custody and is set to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court tomorrow, January 7, as confirmed by Greater Manchester Police.
