Urgent 'call 999' alert over missing girl, 14, with links to Manchester

A missing person alert has been issued for 14-year-old Chloe Kelly, who was last seen in Prenton, Merseyside, around 6.30am on February 3. Chloe is 5ft 2ins tall, slim, has brown hair, and wears glasses. She may have links to Manchester, the Wirral, and Liverpool. Merseyside Police are urging anyone with information or who spots her to call 999 right away. A photo of Chloe has been shared to assist in the search.
