Urgent appeal as Manchester United fan goes missing following match at Old Trafford

Police in Manchester are urgently seeking help to find a missing fan, Russel, who was last seen at Old Trafford during the Manchester United v Brighton FA Cup match on January 11, around 6.30pm. The 55-year-old man was wearing a Manchester United hat, a blue coat, blue tracksuit, and blue trainers. He’s described as white, approximately 6ft tall, with a large build and a brown stubbly beard. Greater Manchester Police are concerned for his safety and have shared his photo on social media to gather information. If anyone knows his whereabouts, they should contact the police at 101, quoting log 2683 of 11/01/26. In emergencies, always call 999.
