Unmarked Greater Manchester Police car rolls over in dramatic crash during chase

An unmarked police car from Greater Manchester Police had a crash during a chase in Stockport on Sunday evening, December 21. Officers were pursuing a suspected stolen vehicle when the incident occurred around 8.15pm. Footage online shows the police VW with flashing lights overtaking another vehicle before it rolled over, sparking as it tipped. It eventually landed back on its wheels but was left badly damaged, with airbags deployed. Fortunately, only minor injuries were reported.
