Stockport's most remarkable young people to be celebrated at upcoming awards ceremony

Stockport’s celebrating its remarkable young people at the upcoming Stockport Youth Awards! Nominations are open for under-25s in ten categories, including Community Champion and Sportsperson of the Year. Organised by Pursuing Individual Excellence (PIE), the event takes place on Friday, 16 January 2026, at the Stockport Masonic Guildhall. Just pick a category, name a young person and share why they deserve recognition to nominate them. PIE’s excited to highlight the achievements and talents of local youth during the evening, which will also feature entertainment. Schools and community groups are encouraged to get involved – let’s honour those who’ve made a real difference in Stockport!
