Rough sleepers 'would starve' without charity

Gary O’Donnell has been homeless for six months and joins many in Manchester facing rough sleeping this Christmas. Cold Hands Warm Hearts, a volunteer-led charity founded in 2021, has been providing essential support like home-cooked meals, sleeping bags, and dry clothing for the homeless. Jordan Winstanley, 43, from Openshaw, has found shelter in a city centre car park during the winter, also relying on the charity for food.
