Roofer's work giving families 'nothing but stress'

Families are feeling stressed after hiring a roofer who left their projects unfinished and caused damage. Mr Conroy mentioned water damage to his newly decorated home, while Gary and Alison Eden from Walkden paid £500 to a man calling himself Jaymie Bell to fix a leaking roof. After receiving their payment, he vanished instead of returning with materials. Peter Gibson from Levenshulme has taken legal action to recover £770 for kitchen work that never commenced.
