The accolade was determined by public votes, with over 40,000 ballots submitted. Manager Esme Evans expressed the team’s excitement, emphasizing how the recognition helps promote both the shop and the hospice after the rebranding. Area Manager Lisa Berry applauded Esme’s 18 years of dedication, highlighting the shop as a vital community hub. Robin Osterley, Chief Executive of the Charity Retail Association, congratulated all winners and noted the significant community support for local charity shops.
