Railway line to shut over Storm Goretti snow fears

The rail line through the Peak District is closing ahead of Storm Goretti. Folks with tickets for the Hope Valley Line can travel earlier on Thursday or catch Saturday’s services, according to an EMR spokesperson. Unfortunately, there won’t be any rail replacement services due to the harsh weather. Stay safe out there!
