Primary teachers strike over 'knives and assaults'

Staff from two primary schools in Greater Manchester are on strike, claiming their reports of violence and daily assaults are being overlooked by the senior leadership. Conor Priestley, who resigned from Lily Lane Primary after just a few months, expressed feeling unprepared for the frequent violence at the school. Anonymous current staff members echoed these concerns, highlighting “devastating” working conditions.
