Police storm Manchester street and discover 'sophisticated set-up'

Over 200 cannabis plants were seized from a sophisticated farm in Withington, South Manchester, during a police raid on October 15. Greater Manchester Police, acting on received intelligence, conducted the operation with a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act. A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis. Detective Constable Andy Moore from the Challenger team, which tackles organised crime, praised the successful execution of the warrant, highlighting the negative impact of drugs on communities.
