Police issue update after cyclist hit by car on busy Greater Manchester road

A cyclist was seriously injured in a crash on Liverpool Street in Salford around 6pm on Wednesday, October 22. Greater Manchester Police closed the road at the junction with Seedley Park Road after the collision involving a car and a bike. The cyclist, whose age hasn’t been disclosed, was taken to hospital with injuries that aren’t thought to be life-threatening.
