Pedestrian suffers 'potentially life-threatening' injuries after being hit by car

A pedestrian in Bolton town centre has sustained potentially life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car around 4:30pm on Tuesday, October 21. The incident occurred on Moor Lane, and the pedestrian has been hospitalised. Greater Manchester Police (GMP) confirmed that their Serious Collision Investigation Unit is looking into the matter. Currently, a large cordon is up around the site, with several roads, including Moor Lane, closed to traffic. No details about the pedestrian’s age or gender have been revealed yet.
