Man charged with murder after woman's death

A man has been charged with the murder of a woman found dead at a housing estate in Wythenshawe, Manchester. Police responded to reports of a disturbance on Tuesday morning and discovered the woman, in her 30s, unresponsive. Sadly, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Syed Rafay Ahmad, 44, from the same area, is currently in custody and is due to appear in court on Thursday.
