Witness Tracy Chapman described hearing a loud bang before seeing two damaged cars—a black Volkswagen Golf and a black Mercedes-Benz SUV—along with a Bee Network bus involved in the incident. Fire crews were spotted examining the Mercedes. Traffic build-up is reported in the area.
