LIVE: Blood on car window after police storm Gorton street following reports of fight

Police and crime scene investigation officers have been called to Ryderbrow Road in Gorton following a reported altercation at about 11.30am on Tuesday. Numerous police vehicles were spotted at the scene, with CSI specialists examining a car and the surrounding areas, where there were signs of what appeared to be blood on a car window.

A man has been taken to hospital for injuries that are not life-threatening, but no arrests have been made yet as investigations continue. Officers are meticulously photographing the scene and focusing on specific areas, including a patch of grass and a car window with blood spatter. Witnesses reported seeing police taking photos and examining the vicinity, while a cordon remains in place as inquiries progress. Greater Manchester Police have stated they’ll provide ongoing updates.
