Hundreds of properties left without electricity amid power cut in Greater Manchester

There’s a power cut affecting hundreds of properties in Bolton due to an unexpected incident on a high-voltage cable. Areas impacted include Egerton, Bromley Cross, and Deane, with around 220 homes and businesses left without power as of 10:30 am on Thursday (February 5). Electricity North West’s engineers are on-site working to resolve the issue. They’ve reassured residents that they’re doing their best to restore power safely and quickly.
