Hundreds of food hampers to spread 'joy' of Diwali

Over 100 volunteers have come together to prepare countless food hampers, aiming to spread “light and love” to families in need across the area. This effort is part of the Diwali Basket Brigade, a charitable initiative by The Diwali Foundation. Emma Rapley from Salford Food Bank, which is aiding in distributing the hampers, expressed joy in being able to provide a special treat for those struggling.
