HMO plan 'not one resident wanted' rejected

A proposal to turn a family home into a four-bedroom shared house has been turned down. According to UK planning law, a property can accommodate up to six people without requiring planning permission or a community consultation. Councillor Sue Haworth spoke against the project in the committee meeting.
