Farnworth in Bolton is the most affordable, with average home prices at £177,637. Following that, Clayton in Manchester averages £182,612. Other notable affordable areas include Abbey Hey (£190,000) and Hope Carr (£191,351).
On the flip side, Altrincham stands out as the priciest place, boasting an average house price of £562,886 in the WA15 postcode. The WA14 area in Altrincham is also steep, averaging £526,139. Other expensive areas include Bramhall (£458,100) and Sale (£408,540).
