First project from £20m regeneration fund underway

A town’s civic square is getting a £20m makeover, kicking off with renovations that highlight its charming shops and memorial garden. Alongside this, there’s a £5m upgrade and expansion of the civic centre, backed by Rochdale Council and the Arts Council.
