Festive steam train to call at Stockport this December

This December, the Worcester Christmas Express steam train will be making a stop at Stockport railway station on Saturday, 13th. It departs Manchester Victoria around 7:30 am, with Stockport as a pickup point at 8 am, and heads towards Worcester, returning by 9 pm. Tickets start at £115 for adults, and there’s festive fun with Santa and his elves handing out gifts to children on board. The train arrives in Worcester at 12:45 pm, allowing passengers to explore the bustling Christmas market and the stunning 12th-century cathedral. It sets off back north at 4:15 pm, taking a scenic route.
