Everything we know as four die in Bolton crash

A tragic crash in Bolton, involving a red Seat Leon and a Citroen C4 Picasso, has resulted in the deaths of four people, including both drivers and two passengers from the Seat Leon. The incident occurred around 12.45am on Wigan Road, which is currently closed for police investigations. Five others are receiving treatment in hospital. Local councillor Ayyub Patel expressed his condolences to the victims’ families and praised the emergency services for their quick response. Greater Manchester Police’s serious collision investigation unit is looking for witnesses or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage related to the crash, particularly those who saw the vehicles before the incident.
