Emergency services scrambled as boy, 15, dies in hospital
Emergency services rushed to Lewis Drive in Heywood on October 15 after concerns for a 15-year-old boy’s welfare. Witnesses reported several police and medical vehicles arriving around 3.30pm, followed shortly by an air ambulance landing nearby. The boy received treatment at the scene before being taken to hospital, but sadly, he passed away. Greater Manchester Police confirmed the tragic news.
