Claire's Accessories in Stockport town centre hosts closing down sale

Claire’s Accessories in Stockport’s Merseyway shopping centre is having a closing down sale, with discounts of up to 30% off. The popular fashion chain entered administration for the second time on 26 January due to poor trading during the Christmas season and changing habits among its mainly teenage customers. This follows a previous attempt to save the store back in September 2025, after which Modella placed it into insolvency in early January. The situation has jeopardised around 1,000 jobs on the high street.
