Chief exec quits over inappropriate behaviour claims

The chief exec of Rochdale Council has stepped down amid allegations of inappropriate behaviour towards young female colleagues from a previous job. He was suspended last month following an internal investigation by Manchester City Council that wrapped up concerning these claims.
