Appeal for missing Manchester man, 30, last seen in Birmingham

West Yorkshire Police are seeking help to find a 30-year-old Manchester man named Pelumi, also known as Emmanuel. He’s about 5ft 10ins with a medium build, short black hair, and a stubbly beard. First reported missing on December 29, he was last seen in Birmingham on January 23, dressed in black trainers, blue socks, black joggers, and a black jacket, while carrying a black rucksack. Pelumi has ties to Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, the West Midlands, and London. Authorities are growing concerned for his welfare and urge anyone with information to contact them at 101 or via their website, quoting reference 1275 of 19/11.
